If you ever peruse the Hostgator forum you will find potential customers asking pre-sale questions to current users leaving reviews, asking questions, or seeking support. What you will be surprised to see is that the CEO of Hostgator Brent Oxley, is an active participant in the forums. It is not uncommon to see him responding to customers who are having problems with their hosting or who are just generally unhappy with one thing or another.
Now, Hostgator is well known for it’s good support but you can imagine the focus the support staff will provide once Brent has personally addressed someone’s problems. You may never need support from Hostgator but it’s nice to know that the people at the top are aware and involved in day to day issues.
